What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work. Others, like analytics cookies, are optional and should only be set if you agree.

The cookies this site uses

This website only uses optional analytics cookies from Google Analytics and HubSpot, and only if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Reject, or do not choose, no analytics cookies are set and neither Google Analytics nor HubSpot loads.

Google Analytics

• _ga tells visits apart. It lasts up to 2 years.
• _ga_THJL0MNEP1 keeps track of your current visit. It lasts up to 2 years.

Google Analytics shows things like how many people visit, which pages they read and how they found the site. It does not reveal who you are, and Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.

HubSpot

• __hstc is the main HubSpot tracking cookie. It records when you first and last visited and how many visits you have made. It lasts 6 months.
• hubspotutk recognises your browser, so that if you send an enquiry your earlier page visits can be linked to it. It lasts 6 months.
• __hssc counts the pages you view in one visit. It lasts 30 minutes.
• __hssrc notices when you restart your browser, to tell visits apart. It lasts until you close your browser.

HubSpot is the customer relationship manager (CRM) that Jaha Digital uses to handle enquiries. Its cookies show which pages people visit, and if you get in touch, which pages you looked at before you did. HubSpot may also set short lived security cookies from its content delivery network (for example __cf_bm), which protect its service from bots. These only appear once HubSpot has loaded, after you accept.

How your choice is remembered

Your Accept or Reject choice is saved in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, so the banner does not keep coming back. It is kept for 12 months, then the banner asks again. It never leaves your device.

Changing your mind

You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you switch from Accept to Reject, the Google Analytics and HubSpot cookies are deleted straight away and HubSpot stops tracking. HubSpot then sets one small cookie, __hs_do_not_track, which tells it not to track you. It is needed to respect your choice, is not used for tracking, and lasts 6 months.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Other services

The fonts on this website are stored on this website itself, so loading them does not contact any other company. The enquiry form is handled by Formspree when you send it, and the booking page is run by Cal.com. Enquiries are recorded in HubSpot. The privacy policy explains who handles your data and your rights.
