General
Who do you work with?
Start ups, individuals and established businesses that want their digital marketing tools and operations in order. I am based in Cambridgeshire and work with clients anywhere in the world.
Do I have to keep paying you after the project?
No. Everything is yours at handover. Ongoing training and support are available if you want them, and you can stop at any time.
How long does a project take?
An audit takes about 7 days, which gives me time to properly understand your business and your current digital footprint. A website build usually takes 8 to 10 weeks, depending on how much content, design and technical work it needs. You get a fixed timeline in writing before work begins.
SEO, AEO and GEO audits
What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?
They overlap, so one audit covers all three.
What do I get from an audit?
A written report, a prioritised action list you can work through yourself, and a walkthrough call where I explain every finding.
Can you make the fixes as well?
Yes. I can make the changes for you, train your team to make them, or a mix of both.
Websites
Which platforms do you build on?
Mostly Squarespace and WordPress. You have the final say, though: if your organisation prefers another platform, I am happy to adapt and work with it.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
Yes. Editing training is part of every build, and you get a written guide for everyday changes.
Who owns the domain and hosting?
You do. Both are set up in your name and your account from the start.
Business systems
Which CRMs and tools do you work with?
HubSpot and Salesforce for CRM, Zapier to connect your tools and automate repeat tasks, and generative AI tools where they genuinely save time. If you already use a tool, I will usually work with it rather than replace it.
Can you move our data from our current system?
Usually, yes. Data migration is scoped in the plan, so you know exactly what moves across before work starts.
Training and support
What does training look like?
Live sessions over video or in person, tailored to each role, and recorded so you can rewatch them. You also get written guides for the tasks you do most often.
How does ongoing support work, and what does it cost?
I do not publish fixed prices, because every project is different and you should only pay for what you need. A website build, for example, is billed on the hours it takes. If you want ongoing support, we agree a number of support hours each month that suits you. You can pause or stop at any time.
