Straight answers, no jargon.

Everything people usually ask before a project starts. Can't find yours? Ask directly at the bottom of the page.

General

Who do you work with?

Start ups, individuals and established businesses that want their digital marketing tools and operations in order. Based in Cambridgeshire, working with clients anywhere in the world.

Do I have to keep paying you after the project?

No. Everything is yours at handover. Ongoing training and support are available if you want them, and you can stop at any time.

How long does a project take?

An audit takes about 7 days, which allows time to properly understand your business and how you show up online. A website build usually takes 8 to 10 weeks, depending on how much content, design and technical work it needs. A business system such as a CRM usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. You get a fixed timeline in writing before work begins.

SEO and AI search audits

What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?

SEORanking in search results on Google and Bing.
AEOAnswer engine optimisation. Being the direct answer in featured snippets and voice assistants.
GEOGenerative engine optimisation. Being mentioned and cited when people ask AI tools for recommendations.

They overlap, so one audit covers all three.

What do I get from an audit?

A written report, a prioritised action list you can work through yourself, and a walkthrough call that explains every finding.

Can you make the fixes as well?

Yes. The changes can be made for you, your team can be trained to make them, or a mix of both.

Websites

Which platforms do you build on?

WordPress, Squarespace or Shopify if you want to edit the site yourself, with Shopify for online shops. Or a custom build in standard code, for teams with a developer or clients on support. If your organisation prefers another platform, that works too.

Will I be able to edit the site myself?

On a platform build, yes. Editing training is part of every build, and you get a written guide for everyday changes. A custom build needs someone technical for changes, which is why it suits teams with a developer.

Who owns the domain and hosting?

You do. Both are set up in your name and your account from the start.

CRM and automation

Which CRMs and tools do you work with?

HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho for CRM, Zapier to connect your tools and automate repeat tasks, and generative AI tools where they genuinely save time. If you already use a tool, it usually makes sense to keep it rather than replace it.

Can you move our data from our current system?

Usually, yes. Data migration is scoped in the plan, so you know exactly what moves across before work starts.

Training and support

What does training look like?

Live sessions over video or in person, tailored to each role, and recorded so you can rewatch them. You also get written guides for the tasks you do most often.

How does ongoing support work, and what does it cost?

There are no fixed prices, because every project is different and you should only pay for what you need. A website build, for example, is billed on the hours it takes. If you want ongoing support, you choose a number of support hours each month that suits you. You can pause or stop at any time.
